Welcome to Revolutionary Telehealth. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and the services provided through our platform, including but not limited to telehealth consultations, prescription services, lab testing facilitation, mental health care, weight loss programs, sexual health treatments, longevity services, and hormone replacement therapy (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Revolutionary Telehealth complies with all applicable privacy and consumer protection laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), state-specific laws, and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Our Services are intended solely for users located within the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
Revolutionary Telehealth provides access to healthcare professionals who are independent contractors. The information and advice provided through our platform are intended for informational and treatment purposes only and are not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that the Services are not suitable for all medical conditions, particularly medical emergencies or life-threatening conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Revolutionary Telehealth itself does not practice medicine or any other licensed healthcare profession, nor does it interfere with the professional judgment of the healthcare providers available through our platform. All decisions regarding your care and treatment are the sole responsibility of you and your healthcare provider.
By using our Services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, consultations, and other interactions on the platform. You must use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breaches. Furthermore, you must not engage in any activities that disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality, including submitting false information, impersonating others, using the platform for illegal purposes, or attempting to hack or disrupt its operation. Revolutionary Telehealth reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion if you violate these Terms.
All content on the Revolutionary Telehealth platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Revolutionary Telehealth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from Revolutionary Telehealth.
While using the Services, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including violating applicable laws, submitting fraudulent or harmful content, sharing offensive or defamatory material, reverse engineering or decompiling the platform’s software, or participating in any activity that could harm the reputation or functionality of Revolutionary Telehealth or its users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolutionary Telehealth and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in the Services. All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revolutionary Telehealth and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. Revolutionary Telehealth is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites or services. Accessing any third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before proceeding.
Revolutionary Telehealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Additionally, these Terms may be updated periodically, and the updated version will become effective upon posting on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Colorado Springs, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
