Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with the medication (e.g., incorrect prescription, damaged packaging), please contact the pharmacy service team within 48 hours of receiving the medication to initiate a resolution. Pharmacy contact details are listed on your prescription.

Cancellations of medication refills need to be made or requested at least 48 hours before your next order processing date. Cancellations can be made via the subscriptions section within your account page.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Canceling your membership will turn off auto-renewal, and you will continue to have access to membership services until the end of your billing cycle. Cancellations can be made via the subscriptions section within your account page.
