Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms govern the First Month Free offer, referral rewards, and any add-on pricing associated with Revolutionary Telehealth subscription plans. These Promotional Terms supplement the Revolutionary Telehealth Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility
   The First Month Free promotion is available to new Revolutionary Telehealth customers who enroll in an eligible recurring subscription plan and apply a valid promotional code at checkout. Limit one (1) redemption per primary subscription. Offer valid only for customers located in the United States.
2. Offer Details — First Month Free (Primary + Loved Ones)
   The First Month Free promotion applies to both the primary subscription and any loved- one add-on subscriptions included at checkout. The entire subscription bundle (primary + any loved ones) is free for the first month (“Free Month”). After the Free Month, the subscription automatically renews every month at the standard prices displayed in your cart before the promotional code is applied, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled by you. Loved ones that are added after checkout will be charged per your standard billing rules in the following month’s billing cycle and will not receive a free month. Upgrades, downgrades, and add-on adjustments during the Free Month do not extend the Free Month.
3. Loved One Add-On Subscriptions
   Loved ones subscriptions can be added to the primary subscription at $25 per loved one per monthly billing cycle, plus any applicable taxes. Loved ones added at checkout are included in the First Month Free promotion. Loved ones added after the initial checkout are not included in the First Month Free promotion and will be billed in the following month’s billing cycle. Loved ones subscriptions renew on the same billing date as the primary subscription. Canceling the primary subscription cancels all loved one subscriptions.
4. Start Date of Free Month (Begins at Checkout)
   Your Free Month begins immediately upon completing checkout, regardless of:
   • When you activate or create a partner account, or
   • When Revolutionary Telehealth transmits your account information to a partner.
   RevTH will transmit your email address and required onboarding information to the partner within three (3) business days of purchase. This processing period is included in your Free Month and does not pause, toll, or extend the Free Month. Any delay by you in completing the partner’s onboarding process does not extend the Free Month or provide additional free service time.
5. Partner Platform Requirements
   Some Revolutionary Telehealth plans provide access to third-party platforms (e.g., mental health or wellness platforms). Access to partner services requires acceptance of the partner’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and will begin only after you complete the partner’s required onboarding steps. Partner eligibility and activation requirements vary.
6. Automatic Renewal & Billing Authorization By completing checkout, you authorize Revolutionary Telehealth to:
   • Automatically renew all subscriptions (primary + loved ones) every month;
   • Bill your stored payment method for the standard subscription prices shown in your cart before any promotional code is applied (for the months where such codes are not applicable);
   • Bill $25 per loved one at each renewal cycle after the Free Month;
   • Adjust charges based on valid upgrades, downgrades, or changes you request.
   Automatic renewal continues until cancellation.
7. Cancellation
   You may cancel your subscription anytime at revth.co/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods. Canceling the primary subscription automatically cancels all loved one add-on subscriptions. Canceling loved one add-on subscriptions (downgrading your subscription) does not cancel the primary subscription.
8. Information Sharing Consent
   By redeeming this offer, you consent to Revolutionary Telehealth sharing your email address and necessary information with partner platforms solely for activation of included services.
9. Limitations & Modifications
   This promotion:
   • Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
   • Applies only to the first month;
   • Has no cash value;
   • May be discontinued or modified at any time.
10. Governing Terms & Disputes
    Participation is governed by these Terms, the Revolutionary Telehealth Terms of Use, and applicable partner terms, including arbitration and dispute-resolution provisions.
