Tadalafil (Generic Cialis)

Description

Tadalafil is a prescription medication designed to treat erectile dysfunction. It works in the same manner as Sildenafil by improving blood flow and circulation to the penis. Often referred to as “the weekender” effects can last up to 36 hours and can achieve multiple erections.  Tadalafil by itself will not cause you to get an erection. You must be sexually stimulated for it to work.

Like all medications Tadalafil can cause side effects, most are mild and temporary but include headache, nausea or indigestion, flushing (redness and feeling of warmth of the skin), and dizziness. Do not use it if taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or certain blood pressure medications. Use with caution if you have heart disease, have had a recent stroke or heart attack or have liver or kidney disease.
